Flat or gently sloping land with minimal shading is ideal. We can work with agricultural land, barren land, or unused commercial property. The land should have reasonable access to electrical grid infrastructure and road connectivity.

Lease payments typically range from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per acre per year, depending on factors like location, solar irradiation, grid connectivity, and land quality. Payments include annual escalations of 3-5% to account for inflation.

Lease payments typically begin once the solar installation is complete and starts generating electricity. This usually occurs 6-12 months after signing the lease agreement, depending on permitting and construction timelines.

No, there are absolutely no upfront costs for landowners. We handle all expenses including feasibility studies, permits, equipment, installation, and ongoing maintenance. You start earning from day one of operation.

Solar lease agreements typically run for 25-30 years, matching the productive life of solar panels. This provides long-term income security for landowners. The agreement may include options for renewal or extension.

Early termination clauses are typically included in lease agreements, though they may involve penalties or compensation. Specific terms vary by contract and are negotiated during the agreement process.

At the end of the lease term, we will remove all solar equipment and restore the land to its original condition at no cost to you. Alternatively, lease renewal options may be available if both parties agree.
